Data Deletion Request
You can request deletion of personal data Araneo holds about you. We will verify the request with the agency that collected it, then process it within 30 days. Nothing is deleted from this form alone. Provide the email address you used when contacting an Araneo-powered Page.

We notify hello@ and the agency. We do not delete on an unverified form submit.

Once the agency confirms, we delete our copy and hello@ confirms within 30 days

We have not deleted anything yet. We will verify with the agency and process the request within 30 days. Questions: hello@araneo.io.
What we will delete
- After verification, your screening responses, lead scores, conversation transcripts, and application files in our primary database
- Across every agency account that holds a matching email, once that agency confirms
What we cannot delete on your behalf
- Third-party data: data held independently by Meta/Facebook or Stripe. Contact those providers directly to exercise deletion rights against data they hold
- Backup copies: system backups may retain your data for up to 90 days after deletion from primary systems. Backup data is not used for any purpose and is deleted on normal rotation
- Billing records: transaction data may be retained for up to 7 years as required by accounting law. This data will not be used for any other purpose
