Data Deletion Request
You can request deletion of all personal data Araneo holds about you. We will process your request within 30 days. Provide the email address, WhatsApp phone number, or Facebook name you used when contacting an Araneo-powered Page.

What we will delete
- Your personal data held in our primary database: account information, screening responses, lead scores, conversation transcripts
- Your data will be deleted across all agency accounts associated with your identifier within 30 days
What we cannot delete on your behalf
- Third-party data: data held independently by Meta/Facebook, OpenAI, or Stripe — contact those providers directly to exercise deletion rights against data they hold
- Backup copies: system backups may retain your data for up to 90 days after deletion from primary systems. Backup data is not used for any purpose and is deleted on normal rotation
- Billing records: transaction data may be retained for up to 7 years as required by accounting law. This data will not be used for any other purpose
