Yes. Araneo connects to Facebook Messenger via the official Meta API, which requires a Facebook Business Page, not a personal Facebook profile. Once you have a Business Page, connecting it to Araneo takes less than 2 minutes through the dashboard.
Yes. Araneo connects to your existing Facebook Business page via the official Meta Messenger API. You don't need to create a new page or change anything about how your page works. Setup takes about 15 minutes and we walk you through every step.
Araneo only responds to new, unanswered inquiries. If you've already replied to a conversation, Araneo won't interfere. You stay in full control. The bot handles the first-contact screening so you don't have to.
Tenants self-report their income in free-text and our custom-trained AI extracts and interprets every data point automatically. The score is based on their answers, not verified income. Think of it as an intelligent pre-filter: it catches the clearly unqualified early so you can focus your verification effort on the leads that actually look promising. Full income verification still happens at application stage, as normal.
The alert says: name, email, phone number, monthly income, and credit score. One tap to call them directly. No need to open the dashboard first.

On the Starter and Growth plans, the 8-factor model is fixed and calibrated for real-world rental market conditions. On the Pro plan, you can customise weights, add custom criteria, and set per-listing minimum thresholds.
Araneo is built privacy-first and compliant with major privacy regulations globally (GDPR, PIPEDA, and equivalents). Tenant consent is collected when they begin the screening conversation. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell tenant data to third parties, and you can request deletion at any time through the dashboard.
The bot sends one automatic follow-up after 24 hours if the conversation wasn't completed. After that, the lead stays in the dashboard as incomplete and you can choose to follow up manually or let it go. Tenants who drop off mid-screening are typically not serious applicants anyway.
